Neko4d Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide to Using the Platform for Malaysian Players

Welcome to Neko4D. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and Neko4D ("we", "platform", or "Neko4D") regarding your use of the website https://neko4d.site and all services we offer.

Once your Neko4D account is activated, you are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under that account. This responsibility includes:

• Ensuring that no one else has access to your neko4d account, including family members
• Notify neko4d immediately if you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation
• Updating your personal information whenever there are changes, particularly your phone number and email address

Neko4D will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account that occurred before you reported it to us. Once a report is received, Neko4D will take appropriate steps to secure your account, including temporary suspension if necessary.

Each Neko4D member is permitted to hold only one active account at any time. Should an individual be found to hold more than one account — whether using the same or different details — neko4d reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any outstanding balances or winnings that have not yet been withdrawn.

Neko4d accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through licensed and trusted Malaysian payment methods. Supported methods include:

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction. Bet Settlements

All betting outcomes on Neko4D are final once confirmed by the system. Neko4D does not accept any cancellation requests for confirmed bets, except in cases of clear technical errors that can be verified by our technical team. Match or sporting event results used as the basis for bet settlement are determined by the official results issued by the relevant sports governing body.

Void Bets

Neko4D reserves the right to void any bet that:

• Placed after the designated market closing deadline

• Involving markets that were closed or suspended before the match commenced
• Placed as part of suspected fraudulent or manipulative activity
• Exceeding the maximum limit set for the relevant market

Accumulator Betting

Neko4D allows accumulator betting on up to 12 matches across a variety of sports. If any match within the accumulator is cancelled for reasons beyond anyone's control (such as a match postponement), that selection will be removed from the accumulator and the odds will be recalculated based on the remaining matches. In-Play Betting (Live Match)

In-play betting at Neko4D is subject to additional terms. Odds for in-play bets can change rapidly, and Neko4D does not guarantee that the odds displayed will remain the same at the time a bet is confirmed, particularly during periods when live data is being updated. In the event of a technical disruption that affects your ability to close or manage an in-play bet, Neko4D will settle the bet based on the final result of the event in question.

Neko4D offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements (wagering requirements) that must be met before any withdrawal from the bonus balance can be made.

Welcome Bonus

New Neko4D members who make their first deposit are eligible for a welcome bonus. The standard rollover requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x of the bonus amount received. For example, if you receive a RM 50 bonus, you must place bets totalling RM 500 using that bonus balance before a withdrawal can be approved. Weekly Cashback

Neko4D's weekly cashback programme returns a percentage of your net weekly losses as betting credits. This cashback is subject to a 3x rollover requirement before withdrawal. Cashback is credited every Monday for the preceding week and must be used within 7 days, after which it will expire automatically.

General Bonus Terms

• Only one type of bonus may be active at any given time
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts

To ensure that the Neko4D platform remains a safe and fair environment for all Malaysian players, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

1. Fraud and Manipulation — Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit system bugs, or use automated software (bots) to place bets is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination, as well as legal action where applicable
2. Money Laundering — Neko4D adheres to strict anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Any activity suspected of being an attempt to launder money will be reported to the relevant authorities
3. Duplicate Accounts — Opening more than one account on neko4d, whether using the same or different details, is strictly prohibited. Each individual is entitled to hold only one active account.
4. Account Sharing — Allowing another individual to use your Neko4D account, or using another person's account, is strictly prohibited
5. Bonus Abuse — Opening multiple accounts or using unauthorised methods to claim bonuses you are not entitled to constitutes fraud

Neko4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe
• False or misleading registration information
• Legal compliance requirements or regulatory authority directives

In cases of suspension arising from an investigation, neko4d will freeze the account balance while the investigation is ongoing. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the account will be reinstated and the frozen balance returned. If a breach is found to have occurred, neko4d reserves the right to forfeit any balance and winnings held in the account.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their Neko4D account may contact our support team. Any real-money balance (excluding bonuses) remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the member via the payment method used for the last deposit, subject to the fulfilment of all outstanding rollover requirements.
